Robert, Thanks for stopping by! You won't be able to find Clubbells at a sporting good store. You have to buy them online, (<a href="go/clubbell/" rel="nofollow">clubbell.tv</a> will give you a ton of information on them. The ones you saw on Amazon are really just for improved mobility whereas the Clubbell allows you to build serious strength. T

he initial investment can be a little steep, so you can make a DIY version to try before you buy. Here is the YouTube link: www.youtube.com/watch?v=PQKsyqQPRpc The homemade version is what I started with, but it is a pale comparision to a real Clubbell. I made two filled with BBs that weigh around 13 lbs and when I finally bought official 15 lb clubbell's I was amazed at much heavier they felt. If money is tight the DIY clubs will hold you over, but I would advise saving for a pair of real Clubbells because you are going to end up spending
$50-60 in materials to get to a 10-15 lb club.

Good luck and let me know if you need any exercise selection advise.

Richard,

I've never seen anything like the workout in the video. How hard is it to find a set of clubbells? I found some on Amazon for around $50 or so, but do you think a local sporting goods store would have any in stock just for me to tinker with?

Thanks for stopping by James! Way to be ahead of the HIIT curve and I would definitely recommend Craig's stuff. His programs are great and prices them so they are accessible to everyone.

Cheers,
Richard

Interesting, this is what ive been telling my buddies to do for ages now to take their workouts to the next level. Kind of funny to see Craig promoting this big time and demolishing some of the myths out there. I might even buy his program just to see what other tricks i might be missing.

Thanks for the support Chris, I have been stressing a bit over the seminar as it has a high fail rate...but hopefully my preparation will carry me through.

Mitchell, I am right there with you on using short burst training to squeeze in extra sessions because a 8-5 job and family doesn't leave much time to exercise. Craig definitely puts out some of the best programs for the time crunched individual. Great write-up by the way.
