Welcome to another installment of workout Wednesday! Today is another easy to implement exercise and all you need are a couple of kettlebells. This complex of several movements is brought to you by Mike Mahler. Mike is a kettlebell expert and puts out some great stuff!
In this video he shares three variations of a full body exercise using a kettlebell. If you have ever tried burpees than you will have a little insight into the foundation of the movements. Combine a burpee, a kettlebell clean, a kettlebell press and you have a full body blasting exercise!
